The SmoketownCLT builds homes only in Smoketown, and
River City Housing builds throughout the Metro area.
There is no link to apply, all potential applicants must enter the applicant pool and meet program requirements as listed below.
1. You must be a first-time home buyer (not owned a home in the past three years)
2. Meet the current HUD annual income guidelines for households below 80% AMI

4. Must apply for and meet requirements for Down Payment Assistance with Louisville Metro Down Payment Assistance Program
5. Provide a Metro DPA eligibility letter with maximum PITI listed
6. Provide a lender Pre-Qualification letter from a program-approved lender
