Franklin School Apartments is a 12-unit building, owned and operated by River City Housing, offering single-bedroom apartments for income-qualified people over the age of 55. Located in the Clifton area, this building offers a warm, inviting, and secure place for seniors in the community to call home.
Adjacent to United Crescent Hill Ministries Community Center, residents have access to the following:

Originally built in 1892 as the Benjamin Franklin School, this site underwent an historic renovation in 2003-2004.
